Chic property, fairly clean, its location and rooms were great!

Had really comfortable stay for two nights, the staff were polite, location was ideal and close to everything. We loved the continental breakfast which was included.

The hotel was a great base for enjoying a great area, really close to theme park as well as freeway. The room was both new-fashioned and neat with a bed or couch, we loved it.

The staff was decent and the place was clean. Loved how the double room with contemporary furniture was arranged when we arrived. We had easy check-in on arrival.

Silent and absolutely perfect rooms with fabulous views, fresh food, consistently courteous staff. The breakfast had lots of options and included toast, eggs and pastries. Found in the amazing area, the hotel offered great prices.

Everything was superb, its location and staff, plus excellent wi-fi. Great bed, free WiFi and air conditioning, cozy room.

Great service and modern room. We were about 15 minutes walk from city walk. The pool was really nice. Universal City neighborhood is worth looking into...

We were in a suite with a fridge and a microwave. Huge rooms, parking.
